Easy installation:

2012-2016:
Cut two holes in the rear plastic, push the stunt frame into the rear frame and screw it tight from below with the original M5 screws.

2017-2019
Slide the stunt frame into the original rear frame, drill a hole on each side of the rear frame, cut a hole in the rear plastic—and the stunt frame is rock-solid. All necessary bolts and nuts are included.

2020-2023:
Drill two holes on each side of the rear frame, cut a hole in the rear plastic, and the stunt frame is rock-solid. All necessary bolts and nuts are included.

Klappbar bei Crash

Klappt bei einem Sturz nach oben weg statt zu verbiegen. Dein Subframe bleibt heil — du kannst weiterfahren. (Gilt nicht für Variante 2024–2026: technisch nicht klappbar.)

Stahl

Hochfester Konstruktionsstahl, verschweißt, pulverbeschichtet. Nur 1,5 kg Kampfgewicht — dein Bike merkt kaum, dass er dran ist.

Handgefertigt in St. Johann im Pongau. Keine Auftragsfertigung aus Fernost — jedes Teil läuft durch unsere Werkstatt und wird einzeln geprüft.

FAQ

Passt der Frame auch auf meine 350er/500er?
Ja — alle KTM EXC, EXCF, SX und SXF Modelle im gleichen Baujahrs-Zeitraum haben den identischen Subframe. Ob 250, 350 oder 500 — wichtig ist nur das richtige Baujahr-Variante auszuwählen.
Wie lange dauert die Montage?
30 bis 60 Minuten, je nach Modell. Bei den 2017+ Varianten musst du zwei bis vier Löcher bohren (6mm-Bohrer reicht). Die Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung liegt bei und ist oben als PDF verlinkt.
Ist der Frame wirklich klappbar?
Ja, die Varianten 2012–2016, 2017–2019 und 2020–2023 sind klappbar. Bei einem Crash nach hinten klappt der Frame nach oben weg und dein originaler Subframe bleibt heil. Achtung: Die Variante 2024–2026 ist technisch bedingt nicht klappbar — wir weisen darauf hin, damit es keine Überraschungen gibt.
Darf ich damit auf die Straße?
Nein. Der Frame ist ausschließlich für die Rennstrecke und kontrollierte Stunt-Sessions zugelassen. Für den Straßenverkehr gibt's keine Zulassung — die Nutzung im öffentlichen Verkehr erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.
Welche Farbe — Schwarz oder Weiß?
Geschmackssache. Schwarz Seidenmatt ist der Klassiker — passt auf fast jedes Bike und zeigt Kratzer weniger. Weiß ist der Eyecatcher, besonders auf dunklen Bikes. Beide Farben sind gleich haltbar pulverbeschichtet.
Wann kommt das Paket an?
Versand innerhalb 2-10 Werktage ab Zahlungseingang. Österreich kriegt's meist am nächsten Werktag, Deutschland 2–3 Werktage. Sobald das Paket raus ist, bekommst du eine Tracking-Nummer per E-Mail.
